Funerals are being held in Gaza for Palestinians killed in Israeli attacks despite a ceasefire being in place. At least four people have been killed in Gaza today.
The controversial Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) aid group announced the end of its “mission” in the Gaza Strip, after more than 800 Palestinians were killed trying to access its sites.
An Israeli air strike on Beirut has killed Hezbollah’s top military commander, Haytham Ali Tabatabai, as well as four other people.
Senior Hezbollah official Mahmoud Qmati said Israel’s strike crossed a “red line” and that the group’s leadership was considering whether it would respond.
Israel’s genocidal war on Gaza has killed at least 69,733 Palestinians and wounded 170,863 since October 2023. A total of 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the October 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks, and about 200 were taken captive.
