Tim Bosma trial: Focus shifts to incinerator discovered on farm

Jurors in the trial of two men accused of killingHamilton resident Tim Bosmaareexpected to hear today from police officers who found an incinerator called The Eliminator on Dellen Millard's farm.
Millard, 30, and MarkSmich, 28, both facefirst-degree murder charges.
The Crown alleges Bosma'sbody was burned inside theincinerator in 2013 after he disappeared while taking his pickup truck on a test drive with two men.
The first witness Wednesday was Chaz Main, who regularly would ride his dirtbike on the adjoining property and was surprised in May, 2013, tohave police officers stop him for questioning.

It's the third week of the Ontario Superior Court trial in Hamilton. Theburned remains of Bosma, 32,werefound daysafter he disappeared after taking his truck out for a test drive with potential buyers on May 6, 2013.
