Looking for a workout that'll train your abs and get your heart pumping? Enter this tabata-style routine from fitness coach Beverley Cheng.

In the latest video from her series Body Zones, Beverley will lead you through 30 minutes of core movements combined with high-intensity cardio. Tabata means you'll do each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10, repeating each circuit of exercises three times total.

Check out the video, then scroll down for the full list of exercises in this workout. All you'll need is a mat and some water let's get ready to sweat!

30-minute cardio and core routine

Circuit 1:

  • Leg drops
  • Bicycles
  • Burpees

Circuit 2:

  • Squat twists/Jacks
  • Butt kicks
  • V-ups

Circuit 3:

  • Sit-ups
  • Commandos
  • High-knees
