Windsor, Tecumseh flooding seen through social media

Windsor-Essexhas been pummelled with at least 65 millimetres of rain in about 12 hours, according to officials with the Essex Region Conservation Authority.

The Town of Tecumseh reported record rainfalls with up to 150 millimetres falling overnight Wednesday and into Thursday.
