A B.C. Supreme Court judge in Kelowna has turned down a bail request by the man accused of killing an 18 year-old woman last Halloween. Taylor Van Diest was killed in Armstrong, and 26-six-year-old Matthew Foerster been in custody since April when he was arrested in Ontario. The judge also denied a request by Foerster to move the trial from Kelowna to Vancouver.
