Caron was born in Hong Kong and raised in Richmond, where she still lives and enjoys taking photos, playing pianoand spending time with her dog. During grad school, she spent time visiting a friend in a convent where she got a crash course in baking foundations and she's never looked back. For Caron, bakingis a mix of scientific experimentation and stress relief. Someday she hopes to combine this passion with her work as an occupational therapist to help people with disabilities learn (or relearn) to bake.
