Dairy Farmers of Canada
Dairy Farmers of Canada

Completely funded by dairy producers, Dairy Farmers of Canada (DFC) promotes the wholesome goodness of milk products as part of a healthy, balanced diet and encourages good nutrition for all Canadians.

With up to 16 essential nutrients and multiple health benefits, from building strong bones to maintaining a healthy weight, milk products are an important part of the healthier lifestyle that DFC and Live Right Now are inspiring Canadians to embrace. Yet, according to the most recent data from the Canadian Community Health Survey, only one in three Canadians gets their recommended daily servings of milk products.

DFC's Get Enough campaign reminds Canadians of the natural nutrient richness and lesser-known health benefits of milk products. To this end, its new online Goal Getters program gives us practical ways to get enough milk products, get active and get more out of every day.

To learn more about the benefits of milk products and how you can get on a path to a healthier lifestyle with the Goal Getters program, visit getenough.ca.
