Joey was born in London, England and moved to Canada when he was one years old. He started becoming interested in magic about three years ago after learning how to shuffle a deck of cards. Through magic, he discovered the amazing art of Cardistry (the performance art of card manipulation, flourishes and displays) and you now rarely see Joey without a deck of cards in his hands. Joey plays violin, ukulele, clarinet and piano and has appeared on stage at the Kidz Field at Glastonbury Festival, Hillside Festival and Toronto's Buskerfest. Along with magic and Cardistry, Joey likes Rubik's cubes and yo-yos and he genuinely loves pizza.
