Maya Franzoi began her journey into acting at eight years old. After appearing in multiple theater productions including Aladdin, The Lion King, Legally Blonde and Into the Woods, Maya landed her first movie role in 2017 when she was cast as Sammy in the feature film 48 Christmas Wishes. Shortly after, she was selected for the lead role of Olivia in the upcoming TV series The Ponysitters Club for Discovery Kids. In 2018, she was able to showcase her performing potential when she was cast as a host for the exciting new TV series for CBC kids entitled Thrillusionists. Apart from her on screen credits, Maya enjoys baking and testing new recipes for her family. She is a strong lover of books and learning new things, especially watching DIY videos for inspiration.
