Simone is an actress and singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada.  From a young age, Simone has always enjoyed being a performer and has sung since she was able to speak. Her love for the arts was evident when she would take every opportunity to act and sing wherever she could and to whoever would listen. Simone's life in the spotlight began when she made appearances in shows like The Big Fun Crafty Show (Universal Kids) and Snapshots (CBC) as well as starring in commercials for major campaigns including Loblaw, The Shopping Channel, Plan Canada and The Wall Street Journal.  Her first big break came about when she was cast as a lead character named Raign Westbrook in the CBC Kids Digital Original mystery and adventure series; Detention Adventure.  Since then, she has been cast as young Dorinda Clark in the Lifetime movie The Clark Sisters (executive producers include Queen Latifah, and Mary J. Blige), the hilarious Workin' Moms, and most recently Run the Burbs, where she plays Mannix!

Simone first got her feet wet in the music industry when she was given the opportunity (once the producers discovered she had a great voice), to sing on one of the tracks entitled Lioness in the 8th episode for Detention Adventure Season 2.   From there she has also had the opportunity to write for well-known and up and coming artists in the Japanese market.  Simone has been working diligently towards writing and composing her own original music and has released two original songs to date, entitled Dry Eyes (produced by Rob Wells), and Older (produced by DR).  Simone craves writing and recording vocals when she isnt acting. 

Understanding the importance of giving back, Simone supports organizations that are close to her heart including the Jamaican Canadian Association. She has been a part of their community day painting project where she volunteers to paint churches, homes, community centres and more
