Arcade Fire and Daniel Caesar lead 2018 Juno Award nominations

Rock band Arcade Fire and R&B star Daniel Caesar both lead with five Juno Award nominations this year. The Montreal band scored in the top categories, including single of the year for "Everything Now," album of the year for their record of the same name and group of the year. Oshawa, Ont., native Caesaris up for artist of the year, R&B/soul recording of the year and his collaborators, Jordan Evans and Matthew Burnett, are nominated for the Jack Richardson Producer of the Year Award.

Hamilton rockers Arkells and Juno first-timer Jessie Reyez tie for second-most nominations with four apiece. Late Tragically Hip frontman Gord Downie, along with singer-songwriters Ruth B and Scott Helman, each earned three nominations.
