Fan-led U.K. campaign gains steam as American group returns home
Duran Duran are joining the fans Eagles of Death Metal by supporting the groupwith their wallets.
British fans have launched a campaign tomake Eagles of Death Metal's cover version of Duran Duran'sSave A Prayernumber one onthe UK music charts, as a show of support after the attacks at the band's show in Paris on Friday.
About 1,500 people were at the concert hall Friday evening for a showby the American rock band.
Itwas the scene of the Paris attacks' worst carnage, where hostages were held and 89 people were killed.

The members of Eagles of Death Metal, nowback in California, issued a statement via the band's Facebook pageWednesday saying they were "still trying to come to terms with what happened" and that"all EODM shows are on hold until further notice."
