An air travel bargain hunter says he will fight Air Canada for backing out of an unbelievable online deal that the company is blaming on a computer glitch.

Adarsh Pallian snatched up a bundle of theAir Canada business-class flight passes for the western U.S. and Canada that he sawon sale in a Facebook group post.

An Air Canada Facebook group deal excited frequent flyers with ticket prices one-eighth the regular cost, but the airline said it was due to a computer glitch so pulled back the offer. (CBC)

The frequent flyer could not believe he only paid $837 for eachpassusually worth more than $8,000.

"I got 10tickets for about one-tenth of the price... of the full price," said Pallian.

He is angry Air Canada has since cancelled the tickets, claiming the bargain pricing on business class was no more than a computer glitch.

Air Canada saidit is contacting buyers to apologize and refund the passes, but alucky few get to keep their loot.

The company will honour any bookings already secured.

Pallian saidthat is not fair and he isnot letting this deal go without a fight.

"I'm going to send them an email and try calling them. I'm notgoing to let this sit. I'm going to try to see if I can negotiate some sort of compensation," said Pallian.
