Mariah Carey'sAll I want for Christmasis one of those songs that you hear a fair bit around this time of the year.

Cassandra Faris was listening to the song in her car when she had a brainwave: Why not combine her love for fitness and music with a parody of the original?

The Coquitlam,B.C. woman, who performs as Kassiewent to workand posted her version on YouTube earlier this month. Instead of wanting the mysterious "you," Kassie says "all she wants for Christmas is gains."

Among the social media community, she says "gains"is a commonly-used term for"getting stronger or from muscle gain."

Kassiesays itwas a challenge to make the fitness-themed lyrics work, but she knew what she had to work into the video.

"The more true something is, the funnier the parody can be,"she said. "So I knew I had to make a joke about how expensive the protein supplements were and getting a bigger booty."
