B.C. NDP raise new 'ethnic outreach' allegations

New allegations are being raised by the B.C. NDP around the "ethnic outreach" scandal that plagued the B.C. Liberals before the provincial election.

The NDP say they've uncovered a heavily redacted document they allege shows the Liberals tried to offer an inducement to someone to stay quiet about the matter.
