BCAA questions need for AirCare

The B.C. Automobile Association is welcoming TransLink's review of the AirCare Program.

The vehicle emissions test applies to drivers in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley and the contract for the service runs out in two years.

BCAA spokesperson Trace Acres says that newer cars don't need the test. He says many of the association's members are upset that they still have to pay for it.
