Many Canadians have stormed retail outlets in the U.S. to snap up Black Friday discount deals

Thousands of B.C. residents joined millions of Americans many who'd lined up throughout a cold Thursday night for a frenzy of Black Friday shopping at U.S. malls.

The parking lots were full and the stores were jammed as shoppers indulged inthe North American pastime of scooping up real bargains, near bargains and what at least look like bargains.

Joining them in Bellingham was the CBCs Kirk Williams, who got to ask the question, "Just how many slow cookers does one woman need?"
