Delta police investigating fatal collision on Highway 17

Delta Police are currently investigating a fatal collision on Highway 17 at DeltaPort.

Police are warning motorists to avoid the area and to expect heavy delays.

Highway 17 northbound was blocked for hours as collision analysts were working at the scene.

The highway has since been reopened in both directions, according to DriveBC.
