Does the B.C. film industry need more government support?

Those who work in the B.C. film industry say the loss of productions to Ontario and Quebec is killing their jobs, and more than 15,000 people have signed a online petition calling for the government to step in.
With more productions leaving B.C. for better deals elsewhere, the film and television industry is looking for more help from the provincial government. (CBC)

Premier Christy Clark has responded,outlining tax credits the province already provides, butstopped short of announcing any further tax breaks for the industry.
