Newly leaked email appears to implicate former minister John Yap

Another leaked email is calling into question the B.C. Liberal government's claims on the ethnic outreach scandal.

In the past the government has claimed the plan developed by party staffers to use taxpayer resources to help gain ethnic votes for the B.C. Liberal Party was never put in place.
