Landslide hits Vancouver nudist beach

Vancouver police are warning the public to avoid Trail 5, linking Northwest Marine Drive to Wreck Beach, after a landslide left behind a sheer cliff face plunging 180 feet to the shore.

No one is believed to have been injured or killed in the slide in Pacific Spirit Park on Sunday, and crews are working to repair the damage.

However, thearea remains an active slide area and is barricaded to prevent further access.
