While it's been a wet one, the record has not been broken for the most rainfall this month. At Vancouver International Airport, 190 mm of rain was recorded as of noon on October 31, making it the 10thwettest October on record.

"So we've had a lot of days withrain, in terms of the amounts it certainly has been above normal. We usually see about 120 mm of rain in the month of October,"said RossMacDonald, meteorologist with Environment Canada.
