Man and woman injured by gunfire at south Surrey residence

Surrey RCMP say a shooting Saturday in the 4200 block of 152nd Street appears to be targeted as investigators seek tips.

RCMPare seeking tips onwhat they say was a targeted shooting on152nd Street near 56th Avenuein south SurreySaturday.

The two victims a man and a woman are being treated in hospital with non life-threatening injuries, according to a release from police.

Police haven't specified whattime the shooting happened, but say the two victims are "associated to the residence in which they were located."

Officers have secured the area for their investigation while Surrey Serious Crime investigators are working on the case, along with the Lower Mainland Forensic Identification Section.
