Truck lands in bike lane on Stanley Park causeway

A truck crashed into the bike path on the Stanley Park Causeway just south of the Lion's Gate Bridge during Friday morning's rush hour.

The truck landed in the southbound bike lane, but was facing northbound.

It was unclear how the truck ended up in the bike lane, but the incident caused delays of up to 35 minutes, according to TransLink.

Tow trucks were on the scene to remove the truck around 9 a.m. PT.
