B.C. teen slain on bus remembered
Family invites public to celebration of life on Wednesday evening
There was a large turnout Wednesday at a public celebration for Jamie Kehoe, the Surrey, B.C., youth who was stabbed to death during a fight on a Metro Vancouver bus.

The teen'sfather Jay Kehoe says afterwardthe public is also invited to a celebration of his son's life at Coyote Creek Eaglequest Golf Course in SurreyWednesday night.
Jay Kehoeexpected thousands of people to show up at both events, based on Facebook messages.
"I want as many people as possible there. You know the eyes are on us right now and the more people, the louder the voice," said Kehoe.
Over the weekend Kehoe's friendsheld a bottle drive to collect moneyto pay for the funeral and the celebration of life.
It's been nearly two weeks sincethe Surrey teen was stabbed on a bus. He died in hospital the next day.
Jay Kehoe is expecting a large turnout and hopes that if enough people show up, it will send a statement that the community will not tolerate this kind of violence.
"I don't think the kids should have to live like that."
No arrests have been made in connection withKehoe's death, but police are looking to speak with two persons of interest seen leaving the area that night, described only as a woman and a tall black man.
