TransLink bus hits traffic light while attempting turn

ATransLinkbus bumped into a traffic light near Metrotownin Burnaby, B.C. while making several attempts ata turn.

It appears the driverhad to make a number ofadjustments, but it's not clear from the cellphonevideo posted on YouTube how it got into the situation in the first place.

Transit police says the incident happened Sept. 26 in the afternoon. The bus operator has been identified. Spokeswoman Anne Drennanwouldn't say if the driver was new or experienced.

No injuries were reported.
