Vancouver Pride: Fred Lee highlights all the fun on offer

The Vancouver Pride Parade and Festival has grown over the years,and CBC's"Man About Town"Fred Lee has seen the progression firsthand.

"It's absolutely tremendous," Lee told Our Vancouver host Gloria Macarenko.

"Who would have thought some three decades ago we'd have over 600,000 peoplecelebrating and participating along with the LGBTcommunity?"

Lee said there are many new events at this year's Vancouver Pride Festival,including activities suited for those who are new to Pride and those who want to avoid the crowds.
