Family members of Amanda Antoni, a 31-year-old Calgary woman found dead in her Castleridge home Monday, say they are desperate for answers in the suspicious death.

Family members of Amanda Antoni, a 31-year-old Calgary woman found dead in her Castleridge home Monday, say they are speechless and still in shock at the unexplained death of their beloved daughter, sister and wife.

They are alsodesperate for answers.

"We are pleading with anyone who may have information about Amanda's death to contact the police," the family said in a statement Thursday.

"Our family needs and deserves closure."

Police responded to a 911 call from herhusband, Lee Antoni, on Monday afternoon. Heis helping with the investigation and police say there is no history of domestic problems.

The family says they are devastated by the loss.

"Amanda was a beautiful person who was taken from this world way too soon.Whether it was buying a meal for someone who was hungry and could not afford foodor brightening someone's day with her amazing smile, laugh, or kindness, she was an inspiration to those who knew her," the family said.

Police are not saying whether the death isa homicide until results of an autopsy are complete, but investigators have saidit is very suspicious.
