Calgary police investigating after body found in Crescent Heights

Calgary police are investigating after a body was found in Crescent Heights Wednesdaymorning.

Police are treating the death as suspicious.

The body was found in a "forested area" by a member of the publicaround 8 a.m.at Centre Street and Samis RoadN.E.

The homicide unit is at the scene and the immediate area will be closed to the public until further notice.

The medical examiner is currentlyonscene.
