Calgary police arrest suspect in Applewood shooting

Calgary police have arrested the man wanted for second-degree murder in a fatal shooting in the citys southeast.

Police confirm 21-year-old Deng Lino Keror is now in custody.

Warrants were issuedfor Kerors arrest yesterday for the shooting death of 28-year-old Philip Anny.

Annys body was found early Monday morning on the road in the 100 block of Applefield Close southeast.

Police say the two were associates and had a disagreement over drugs.
