Car2go enlarges Calgary home area west of 45th Street
Members can now pick up and park cars in Glamorgan, Glenbrook, Glendale, Westgate and Wildwood, as Car2go expands west of 45th Street to Sarcee Trail, citing growing membership in those areas.

Car2go is widening its home area to include several more neighbourhoods in southwest Calgary.
The car sharing company says as of Monday, members can pick up and park cars in Glamorgan, Glenbrook, Glendale, Westgate and Wildwood.
The decision to expand the home area west of 45th Street to Sarcee Trail was based on market research that showed membership had continued to grow in those areas.
Last September, the Texas-based company had shrunk its coverage area in Calgary from 114 square kilometres to 73 square kilometres.
Monday'saddition expandsthe home area to 83 square kilometres and restores a portion of the previously removed area.
Car2go has been operating in Calgary since 2012.
