AKelowna man has been charged with manslaughter in the 2005 death of two-year-oldBlake Harvey.

The Calgary boywas found at a Forest Lawn home onDec. 5in medical distress and died three days later in hospital.

At the time, a caregiver told investigators the boy hadfallen down stairs but an autopsy concluded the death was ahomicide.

A 32-year-oldman was arrestedThursday in Victoria and has been returned to Calgary to face charges.

He saidlaying a charge after 10 years has been satisfying to bothfamily and investigators.
