Police ID woman found dead on rural road near Chestermere

Police have identified a woman who was found dead on arural road near Chestermere, Alta., on Friday.

The body ofJennifer Ashley Foley, 29, was foundon Range Road 284 north of Chestermere Boulevard, police said in a release on Tuesday. An autopsy was completed on Monday.

Foley was from the Calgary area, police said, and investigators are trying to determine her whereabouts in the weeks that led up to her body being found.

RCMP have released photos of Foley in the hopes that friends or family will recognize her.
