Calgary police ask for help identifying suspected bank robber

Police say a man entered a CIBC located on the 400 block of Country Hills Boulevard N.E. and demanded money.

Calgary police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspected bank robber.

Police say a man entered a CIBC located in the 400 block of Country Hills Blvd. N.E. about 1:15 p.m. Thursday with his face disguised bya scarf and a tuque.

He approached the teller, demanded money, and after receiving an undisclosed amount of cash, fled.

No one was hurt and no property was damaged, police say.

The suspect is described as white, in his late 30s, and approximately five foot eight inches.

He was wearing a dark work jacket, with reflective stripes and a reflective yellow 'X' on the back, brown pants and a blue tuque.
