Fans flock to Fargo auction set sale

Hordes of people descended onto a massive warehouse in Calgary today to get their hands on Fargo set memorabilia,looking for the strange and the nostalgicand bargain basement deals.

Before 10 a.m., hundreds of peoplelined up hoping to scoreanythingfromBakelite clocksto oldBuicks even Billy BobThornton'sjeans from Seasons 1 and 2 of the popular television show.

It seems the organizers of the event were unprepared for the number of people who showed up, having little time to talk to a CBC reporter.

The warehouse held more than 10,000 items, and that did notinclude racks and racks of wardrobe items worn by the show's stars.
