Man waving gun arrested outside bar in southwest Calgary

A man is in custody after waving a gun in public early Friday morning in southwest Calgary.

Officers were called to the scene around 2:15 a.m. in the 800 block of 16th Avenue S.W. in the Beltline.

Police say they found a man waving a gun after he came out of a bar.

Officers arrested the man and charges are pending.

No one was hurt.
