Man who exposed himself to girls in Monterey Park sought by police

Calgary police are looking for a man who exposed himself to two girls in the northeast community of Monterey Park on the weekend.

Officers were unable to locate suspect when parents alerted police on weekend

Calgary police are looking for a man who exposed himself to two girls in the northeast community of Monterey Park on the weekend.

The 12- and 15-year-old girls were walking near the intersection of Catalina Boulevard and Laguna Way N.E. atabout 8:30 p.m. on Saturday when they saw a man staring at them, police say.

The man then exposed himself and approached the girls, who ran to their home. Their parents called police.

Officers were dispatched to the area but they were unable to find the man.

The suspect is described asan East Indian man in his early 20s. He is about five feet eight and was wearing a denim jacket, green shirt with a logo, dark blue jeans and white baseball cap.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to called police or contact Crime Stoppers.
