Police charge 2nd man in fatal shooting outside hookah bar, seek witness video

A second man has been charged with murder in a fatal shooting outside a hookah bar last weekend.

Feysal Osman Abdul-Aziz, 27, now faces a charge of second-degree murder along with Samuel Lugela, 28, who was charged with the same offence earlier this week.

AbdurahmanIndiris, 21, died after being shot.

Just before 3a.m. last Saturday, police were called to a shooting outside thePortico Hookah Lounge in the city's southeast.

Two groups of men got into an argument inside the lounge and were then asked to leave, according to police.

Outside, the dispute escalated.

Police attended the scene andlater found a vehicle connected to the shooting thathad crashed into an LRT barricade near 36th Street and 26th Avenue N.E.

Paramedics took the two men in the vehicleto hospital, where Indiris died.

A second victimhad also beenshot but is in stable condition.

After reviewing security camera footage from the area, police say there are witnesses who recorded the confrontation, and are asking anyone who has video to come forward.
