Joshua Weise released on bail again in connection with dismemberment of Joey English
Weise will be back in court on Sept. 22
The man accused of dismembering a Calgary woman anddiscardingher remains in several locations was released on bail for a second time after being re-arrested for breaching his release conditions.
Joshua Jordan Weiseischarged with indignity to human remains in connection withJoey English's death in June.
He is suspected ofdisposing of English's body "in multiple locations," including a park in Crescent Heights.
Crown prosecutorKenMcCaffreyconsented tothe 40-year-old'srelease in July but earlier this month Weisewas re-arrestedwhen it isalleged he was found with aLeatherman-styleknife a breach of his conditions.
McCaffreyopposed bail but provincial court Judge JohnBascomsided with defence lawyer RebeccaSnukaland agreed toWeise's release.
The details of Monday's hearing are protected by a publication ban.

Police recovered the remainson June 8 after being called to alightly-forested area on the west side of the intersection ofCentre Street NorthandSamisRoad, where a passerby had made the discovery.
English, 25, was reported missing by a family memberon June 9.
Police have said the victim and the accused were "acquaintances" and that Weise's actions were the result of "a series of bad decisions" but that he is not suspected of causing her death.
Police believe English died at Weise's homein the 3900 block of FirstStreet N.W.
Weiseis back in court on Sept.22.
