Suspicious death in southeast Calgary under investigation

Police are investigating after a man was found dead Thursday morning in the southeast Calgary neighbourhood of Dover Glen.

Police got a report from a neighbourhood residentat about 8:15 a.m. that a body was found in an alley in the 2700 block of 41aAve.S.E.

The age of the man is not known at this time, said Staff Sgt. Jim Shaw.

"The officers are doing scene security. The homicide unit is investigating and the crime sceneunit is currently out collecting evidence," he said.
