Calgary police arrest man who rammed police cars in overnight car chase
No police officers injured
Charges are pending against a manwho led Calgarypolice onan overnightcar chase through the city, ending with his arrest after he rammedtwo police cars.
It started downtown when police spotted a truck driving without lights around 2:30 a.m. Thursday.

A police helicopter tracked the truckas it sped towardsthe community ofDover in southeast Calgary, where the suspects thenswitched into a white BMW.
They went speeding back downtown where they rammed twopolice cars. No officers were injured in the incident.
Some of the people then got out of the vehicle, but the police helicopter stayed with the BMW.
Eventually the driver went back to Dover and tried to make a run for it.
He was tracked and arrested around 3:30 am.
