Police investigate alleged sexual assault in downtown Calgary apartment building

Police want to identify a man seen on surveillance video, who is likely between 25 and 35 years old, and six feet tall with brown eyes, a brown beard and a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm.

Calgary police are trying toidentify a man in connection with an alleged sexual assault in an apartment building.

The man entered an apartment building on the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue S.W. at about 12:40 p.m. on Aug. 29.

A woman living inside the building was sexually touched without her consent, police said.

Police are looking to identify the man seen on surveillance video, who is likely between25 and 35 years old, andsix feet tallwith brown eyes, a brown beard and a full sleeve tattoo on his right arm.
