Calgary court shown more graphic video in Aubrey Levin trial

A Calgary court was shown more graphic video Friday that was recorded by a man who says he was sexually assaulted by former forensic psychiatrist Aubrey Levin.

A Calgary court was shownmore graphic videoFriday that was recorded by a man who says he was sexually assaulted by former forensic psychiatrist Aubrey Levin.

Levin, 73, is charged with sexually assaulting 10 male patients.

On Friday, 14 minutes of thethird and final videowas shown in court which includes Levin undoing the victims pants and fondling him for more than 10 minutes.

The alleged victim recorded the footageby wearing a spy cam wrist watch.

However, the conversation between the two men was barely audible, so an expert in forensic audio and visual analysis was brought in to testify.

Calgary police asked Duard Rene Begault, a San Francisco-based NASA employee, to boost the audio and filter out the background noise in 14 minutes of the tape.

But the defence argued Begault was only brought into enhancethe most prejudicial part of the third video.

The trial resumes Monday.
