Woods Canada is looking for outdoor adventurers to go camping across the country, and they are even offering a salary.

If you love the outdoors, this could be your dream job.It runs six days a week for five months, but for many people it won't feel like work.

"We're giving people the opportunity to takea trip of a lifetime. And they're going to get paid to do it," saidJames Prescott, associate VP of Woods Canada.

The company, which makes outdoor gear, ishiring two Canadians to take on the role of "explorer"this summer.

The successful candidates will be required to hike, climb, cycle, paddle, portage and camp the Trans-Canada Trail (TCT) a network of 17,000 kilometresof trailbetween the Atlantic, Arctic and Pacific oceans.

"We're not looking for adrenaline junkies or the next survivor candidate," said Prescott.

"While we do need people who are really outgoing and adventurous, wealso are looking for people who are really keen to connect with other Canadians through social media," he said.

Here's the compensation for the gig, which runs from May 12 to Sept. 30, 2015:

  • $20,000 salary for five months.
  • $2,000 bonus on completion of job.
  • All related travel costs (flights, car rental).
  • Accommodations (hotels, camp fees).
  • $300 weeklyper diem tocover food/beverages and miscellaneous costs.
  • Camping gear.
