The Pearl Tower penthouse is not only be the highest priced Edmonton condo ever, it's also thecity's highest condo ever.

The two-storey penthouse suite on the 34th and 35th floors of the 36-floortower is the epitome of luxury living, or as the ad says, an "ultra luxurious castle in the sky."

The condocertainly offers a million-dollar view a panoramic view of the river and downtown Edmonton.

But the asking price more than matches the view.

The3,300-square-foot condo with 20-foot ceilings, a see-through stairwell, and walnut floors, doors and trims throughout is valued at more than $3.5 million.
