ATM thefts becoming increasingly popular crime in rural Alberta
Alberta's ATM bandits have struck again, this time usinga stolen tractor to smash into a Servus Credit Union in Lamonttosteal an ATMaround 2:30 a.m. Monday, say RCMP.

Police are looking for fivesuspects, who they say stolethe tractor from a nearby business.
Investigators will be going over security footage and are also asking any possible witnesses to come forward.
Lamont is about 60 km northeast of Edmonton.
ATM thefts area growing problem in rural Alberta, where thieves have used heavy vehicles to smash into banks, gas stations, hotel lobbies and Money Marts before making off with the machines.
