Travis Vader's bail conditions to be reviewed Friday

Travis Vader may be sent back to jail after he showed up late for his trial for the fourth time Wednesday morning.

After he was late to court for the 4th time, Vader could have his bail revoked later this week

Travis Vader will have his bail conditions reviewedlater this week after heshowed up late for his trial again on Wednesdaymorning.

The Crown has asked the court to revoke Vader's bail, butdefence lawyer BrianBereshasked for time to review materials given him by the prosecution.

Bail arguments will now be heard Friday afternoon.

For now, Vader remains free on bail. Under his conditions, he must wear an electronic monitor.

The first-degree murder trial is scheduled to begin each day at 9:30 a.m.By 10 a.m. onWednesday, when Vaderfailed to appear on time,Justice Denny Thomas issued a warrant for hisarrest.

The warrant was cancelled whenVader showed up 11 minutes later.

Beresh explained his clientwas late because he had loaned his car to someone else who was late returning it.

Vader had been late three times before, and court was told thattwice he had car trouble and once he slept in.

Heis charged with twocounts of first-degree murder in the July 2010 deaths of St. Albert seniors Lyle and Marie McCann.

The couplevanishedwhile on a camping trip and their bodies have never been found.
