Welcome to Edmonton: City of ???

There's talk of changing Edmonton's easily-recognizable "City of Champions" signs and replacing them with something new.

On Tuesday, Coun.Michael Oshrysaid the signs look dated, and aren't specific to the city. Instead of coming forward with his own suggestions for what a new sign should say, Oshry said it should be up to Edmontonians to decide.

Oshry's motion will be up for discussion at the next council meeting in a couple of weeks.
