Three people have been charged in the past week in Edmonton after leaving children alone and unsupervised in cars.

Following a citywide crackdown on parents and guardians who leave children alone in cars, many Edmontonians are asking how old a child should be before they are allowed to remain behind in the car unsupervised.

CBC's TashaunaReid spoke to parents and Child and Family Services to see if there was any consensus.
