The COVID-19 pandemic has kept patients in need away too long from hospital emergency rooms, doctors say, and it's putting their health at serious risk.

"The emergency departments in Hamilton are safe and we are here to provide care for you when you need it," says Dr. Alim Pardhan, Emergency Medicine site lead at Hamilton General.
